Find out if CloutBucks is worth it or not Below!
Table Of Contents
CloutBucks is a platform that claims to be the solution to your financial woes. It sounds like a magical money-making business where you can get paid to drive traffic to their website. Their commissions are ridiculously high, higher than that of Amazon affiliates. However, I’ve heard about it recently, and not all of them are good news. Is CloutBucks another phishing scam? Keep reading as we investigate.
What Is CloutBucks?
Honestly, there’s not much information you can find on CloutBucks. Even their sales page is pretty empty. The only thing they claim is to help people make money using their social media accounts. More specifically, they pay a $25 signup bonus, and $10 for each friend or family that signs up through your link. This method is an affiliate marketing business method that is legitimate, but my only question is, how can they afford to pay out so much to their members?
How To Earn With CloutBucks
CloutBucks pays members $10 for each referral and $2 each time a referral clicks on your link. Oh, I forgot to mention that they also have a hefty signup bonus of $25! Then, there are other ways to earn like their task wall where you can do small tasks and make up to $30. You can also submit a YouTube video and receive $50. All these tasks pay out a significant amount, and if it is right, even I am thinking of quitting my job! However, keep reading along this review to find out the ugly truth.
The Truth About CloutBucks
CloutBucks is another sham. The lack of information is a classic sign. For a platform that claims to have been in the business for ten years, there sure is very little information on the web. What I think is happening is that they’ve lied about the year of establishment, as scam sites usually do. Funnily enough, they even have three blog posts, and one of them is about how they’re not a scam. Although this could be true, they don’t even back up their claims with proof.
Nevertheless, even if there was proof, you can bet they will be phony like most scam sites. Also, they claim to be around for ten years, but the first blog post was only posted end of 2018. Why did they take so long to post a blog?
What’s happening is that CloutBucks are stealing the information you enter to sign up. And by asking you to refer people to them, you are also putting your referrals in danger of their identity being stolen or accounts being hacked by unethical scammers. Each time you do a survey or a small task, CloutBucks claims to pay a whopping $30! This amount is significant if you compare it to the usual survey websites that only pay a maximum of $5. Unfortunately, this is all just a smokescreen, as they will never pay you. Your information will be sold to third party agencies only to make the scammers richer.
Unsurprisingly, my web research on CloutBucks kept coming up with reviews for another scam site, and Kids Earn Cash, another phishing scam. And when I went to Kids Earn Cash, it redirected me back to CloutBucks! I didn’t need verification anymore that these two either had the same creator, or the creators are in this phishing scam together. However, I also know that these scams usually shut down and spring up with a different name. That could also be what’s going on here. You can usually identify similarities in the two sites as they typically recycle everything including their phony video testimonial.
CloutBucks is your regular phishing scam as they are in it to steal your sensitive information and sell them to third party agencies. You might think that this isn’t a big deal, until one day in the future when you realize someone has hacked into your emails or even worse, bank accounts. Actually, the worst thing that could happen out of this is identity theft. Imagine someone using your information without your knowledge! Once you encounter your first few scam sites, you will learn to identify the red flags and be more careful in the future.
Now, I have personally tried many businesses online and honestly, a lot of the businesses just suck for a complete beginner. This is because either they are blatant scams or they require a ton of experience and money.
Guys I have literally reviewed over 150+ courses on my blog which claim to make you millions of dollars overnight or just contain poor information for a large fee.
Believe it or not, there are actually good programs out there which have value-packed information, are super affordable and transparent.
