Find out How do you manage your ClickFunnels Account Below!

How do you manage your ClickFunnels Billing And Subscription

ClickFunnels is the most popular online marketing funnel builder. Their goal is to enable entrepreneurs to set up their own marketing funnels without needing any programmers. This is, of course, a great opportunity for all of those out there that like to work on their own and do not like to depend on others to get their work done. And if you are unsure about their services, the official ClickFunnels website offers a free preview of how marketing funnels could improve your business.

In this post, you will learn everything there is to know about managing and upgrading your ClickFunnels account, handling your billing, putting your account on hold, or even cancelling it altogether.

Manage Your Billing

Once you navigate to the “Account Billing” section, you will be able to access, change, and modify your billing options and subscription plan. This is also where you can cancel your account.

Changing Your Plan

The first time you sign up for ClickFunnels, you will be offered a free 14 day trial. But even then you will already have to choose one of their three available plans. Their regular ClickFunnels plan will cost you $97 a month and includes 20 funnels, 100 pages, one user, three domains, three payment gateways, email support, and access to a “Funnel Hacker Forum” where you can connect with other ClickFunnels users.

The premium plan is more pricey at $297 a month. Still, it does come with unlimited funnels and pages, three users, nine domains, nine payment gateways, and additional live chat support on top of all the other features of the standard plan. Additionally, you will be able to access unique training material, set up follow-up funnels, and even participate in a “virtual hackathon” where one of ClickFunnels’ experts helps you set up your perfect funnel from start to finish.

Last, and with $1,497 a month easily the most expensive, is ClickFunnels collective. It has all the features of the premium version but allows up to 10 users and 27 domains. Plus, this plan includes a ton of educational content that can help you make the most out of your ClickFunnels subscription. In general, we recommend starting with the regular plan for $97, unless you are already deep into the industry and require enterprise capabilities.

If you are only running one website, the basic plan is entirely sufficient. It also includes unlimited contacts and members, A/B split tests, and a couple of other commonalities. If you want to change your plan, you can do so by selecting “Choose another plan” and making your choice. Alternatively, ClickFunnels support can also help you improve your plan.

Optional ClickFunnels Upgrades

Besides the two plans mentioned above, other options allow you to upgrade your ClickFinnels account and access more features to help you improve your funnels. Features like “Actionetics” and “Backpack” can save time and help automate annoying, time-consuming tasks.

Actionetics

Actionetics is essentially an autoresponder for your email list. Using this plugin, you can make sure that none of your customers’ emails ever go unanswered. This takes a lot of the legwork out of running a successful email marketing campaign.

Backpack

Using this feature, you can quickly and easily create an affiliate program that will allow you to manage your affiliates. You can enable them to sell products and earn commission on their sales.

Etison Full Suite

Etison/Full Suite is a feature that upgrades almost every component of your site. It includes features such as one-time-payments, subscription plans, 3 SMTP integrations, custom domains, and template requests. When you are purchasing the full suite, you are essentially getting the platinum plan plus the features of Actionetics and Backpack included. The whole thing is a little intransparent on the ClickFunnels website and can be quite confusing if you are just getting started.

To put it in a nutshell, the full suite has all the standard ClickFunnels features coupled with more user access and two addons, Actionetics and Backpack. These addons can be very valuable for you, especially if you only have little technical skill.

Downgrading Your ClickFunnels Plan

To downgrade your plan, follow the same steps as above. Navigate to the Account Billing section under your ClickFunnels account and select the Choose A Different Plan option. Then, choose the plan you want to downgrade to.

As you downgrade your account, you will want to select the cheaper option than the one currently active if you are on the full suite plan, lower to the $97 basic plan.

Once you are in the downgrading section, you will also be offered a “secret” fourth plan that costs only $19 a month. With this, you will get ten landing pages, three funnels, and are limited to 5,000 visitors a month. While certainly not a lot, this is enough to get off the ground. And should you decide to pause your funnels, this option only costs slightly more than pausing your account and will not actually freeze your funnels.

If you actually try to cancel your subscription, you will be offered another secret option at $37 a month. This one comes with similar numbers as the secret downgrade plan, but you get to use 20 landing pages and five funnels. What this also is is a quick demonstration of an intelligent sales tool. Offering a discounted version when a user tries to cancel their subscription has probably led to more than a couple of people staying on board.

Pausing Your ClickFunnels Plan

Within ClickFunnels, you are given the option of pausing your plan for a fee of $10 a month. If you are not able to use ClickFunnels in the current month, for whatever reason, you can pause your subscription and maintain all your settings and funnels without having to pay a lot of money for them.

To pause your plan, follow the following steps:

1)         Selection Account Billing from your ClickFunnels profile

2)         Select the “Cancel Account” tab

3)         Select the “Cancel Account” button

4)         Take the survey

5)         Scroll down and select “Pause Account.”

Doing this will take your current funnels offline, but will preserve all their settings, reserve your subdomain, and preserve your contact list. You will not be able to access your account anymore, but it will not delete any of your work. Once you start working and paying again, you can hop back into it where you left off.

If the above method does not work for you, you can also simply contact the ClickFunnels support to put your account on hold.

Cancelling your ClickFunnels Plan

You will again have to navigate to the “Account Billing” section to cancel or terminate your account. There you will have to go to the last tab that reads “Cancel Account” and click the yellow button. From there, you simply follow the steps to cancel your ClickFunnels account. ClickFunnels will also give you an option to edit your plan through this setting. For most subscription-based businesses, they will indeed offer you some freebies to stop you from canceling your account. ClickFunnels offers you to join their Affiliate Program and take part in some free pieces of training in exchange for you not canceling your account. Remember that once you have canceled your account, all your work will be gone. There is no way to reverse the decision or restore your funnels.

ClickFunnels Support

There is two central support of Facebook Groups. “ClickFunnels (Official)” and “ClickFunnels Avengers (Affiliates)” are great places to get tech support or have your general questions answered by other members of the community.

If you need help relating to billing, you can reach the ClickFunnels billing support at billing@clickfunnels.com from 9 am to 5 pm EST every weekday. Alternatively, you can use their support button on the website and app. In general, it is advisable to create separate tickets for separate issues.
