No Bullshit Road To Remote Work Taylor Lane Review

No Bullshit Road to Remote Work Review (Taylor Lane Course)

No Bullshit Road to Remote Work is different than most of the online courses we have reviewed until now. It doesn’t teach you about dropshipping or any other business that makes false promises about making six figures every month.

This Taylor Lane course is all about finding work remotely, from the comfort of your house, and building a business. She teaches you how to find work and pitching your services the right way.

Most of the modules have four videos on average, and each of them is 10 to 15 minutes long. Taylor Lane comes as a professional and intellectual person, who knows what she is talking, which is something impressed me a lot.

The words she used were easy to understand, and she developed the course like a story, making it simple for beginners. However, she did miss out on a few things, which I will mention in the personal experience section.

Make sure you read the entire review to make an informed decision if No Bullshit Road to Remote Work by Taylor Lane is right for you or not!

Who is No Bullshit Road to Remote Work for?

A digital nomad by profession, Taylor Lane started her online journey when she launched a closed Facebook group called Remote Like Me. Around the same time, she started a website with the same name, where she regularly uploads her life as a digital nomad who travels around the globe. She offers a number of top quality worksheets, eBooks, online courses, and tips for you to take the leap.

Lane is originally from Connecticut, USA and caught the travel bug when she took her first international trip to Guatemala in 2014. Ever since then, she has been traveling Latin America and now calls it her home. To continue her travels, she started working as a remote email marketer.

She claims to have helped several aspiring remote workers through her Facebook group. Other than No Bullshit Road to Remote Work, Lane has one more course called Resume Reboot. It costs $97 and teaches you how to create a compelling resume.

Who is Taylor Lane, The Founder of No Bullshit Road to Remote Work?

No Bullshit Road to Remote Work is for mothers you want to earn money while staying home with their kids. It is also for college graduates who don’t want to work the nine to five corporate job but still want to make enough money to live the life they always wanted. Lane also considers people with chronic illnesses and conditions eligible for the program as it will give them the financial freedom they can’t afford usually. They can work from the comfort of their home, without having to go out.

The course is also suitable for travelers who want to travel while working. Other people who can benefit from this program include women over 40 years of age who want to retire from a corporate lifestyle, coaches and entrepreneurs who want a steady income while fulfilling their dreams and aspirations, and freelancers who have to hunt jobs every month to make ends meet.

What is Included in No Bullshit Road to Remote Work?

No Bullshit Road to Remote Work is divided into seven separate modules that focus on strategies that will help you get work. There’s a course workbook, which you can print and fill to take down notes while learning from Taylor. You will also get a number of bonuses that will help you until the very end of your career.

Here are the seven modules:

Module 1: Discover Your Ideal Remote Job

Before Module 1 starts, Taylor gives you a brief description of what you should expect from the course. It is a small 15-minutes module that tells you everything you need to know about remote jobs.

Coming to Module 1, it helps you choose the nature of remote work that you want to do. There are three steps in total, each having their own video, along with a skill set list. I liked how Taylor divided the content into understandable sections for beginners to grasp it easily.

Module 2: Find Your Remote Job

In Module 2, you get four videos that focus on all things related to finding your dream job. It is a big module but divided into four videos, which are divided into three steps involved in finding a remote job and an extra lesson on finding jobs in just a few clicks.

Taylor goes into detail about each and every step. However, I feel there’s too much information and it can easily confuse a beginner. There’s one big 30 minutes video, which should be divided into two smaller 15 minutes video for learners to grasp the information effectively.

Module 3: Apply to Stand Out

This brings us to Module 3, which is also the biggest module of the whole course. There are six videos and two PDFs documents in total. In this module, you will get one strategy and multiple examples of successful resumes, which you can learn from and apply to your resume.

There’s also one section completely dedicated to customizing your resume. Taylor has done a great job in explaining it and is something that will always across multiple industries.

Module 4: Boost Your Application

Writing a resume is a big task, but modifying it to boost your application is another. Module 4 has three videos that will help you learn the application boosting strategy. You will get access to on PDF document, in which Lane talks about her personal experience with building resumes and what she changed to become successful.

It is a concise section, but the information available is truly unique and will help you as you kickstart your freelance journey.

Module 5: Ace The Interview

Everyone is scared of interviews because you get judged on every little thing you do. Module 5 is all about preparing yourself and presenting a strong front. This is the module I felt was seriously lacking genuine content. It is the smallest of all modules and only touches the subject lightly. Since it is such a sensitive subject, I expected more content that would prepare newbies for their new role.

Module 6: Negotiate Dream Salary

Once the interview round is over, you have to handle another awkward situation — negotiating your dream salary. Again, this module has three videos, each of which is seven to 10 minutes long. Lane emphasizes on the fact that signing a contract is the most important because it legally binds you and the client.

It reduces your chances of being cheated by the client and gives you more confidence. I completely agree with her and have no complaints about this module, though she could have extended it and mentioned more about the legal aspect of the whole process.

Module 7: Action Plan, Mindset, Extras

Module 7 is a mix of different things including a one-step action plan, backup plan, and how to cold pitch prospective clients. These three topics are pretty huge, so I have no idea why she finished it so hastily. Each topic can be turned into an individual module. She can talk about how you can create multiple backup plans and different methods of pitching instead of only cold pitching.

Bonuses included in the course:

  1. Exclusive Facebook Support Group
  2. One complimentary weekly roundup of remote jobs available in your domain
  3. Access to Taylor’s no-excuses-action-plan start your remote journey
  4. Full list of troubleshooting tips when you can’t find the correct job
  5. Taylor’s real applications that she sends out to prospective clients and a blueprint on how she got jobs with zero experience
  6. Shortcuts and quick hacks to find jobs and make applying fun

Personal Experience With No Bullshit Road to Remote Work

I would like to start with — I like the course, but when I think of the money it costs, my views change greatly. It is supposed to be a course for beginners, people who are looking to earn and improve their life. They can’t afford a $397 course because there are other investments that they need to make as well, including computers or laptops, journals, a strong WiFi connection, and more.

It should be priced at around $150, so newbies won’t think twice about the budget. Even though it is a well-rounded course, Lane should have added more about building your social media image because that’s the only way clients can check for your validity. It might not make much sense right now, but having social media presence always helps.

No Bullshit Road to Remote Work Scam?

Nope, No Bullshit Road to Remote Work is not a scam however, there are definitely better courses out there you can get like eCom Elites.

Is there a Discount Code?

There is no discount/coupon for Taylor Lane’s No Bullshit Road to Remote Work course.

There are other sites claiming they either have No Bullshit Road to Remote Work Coupon or No Bullshit Road to Remote Work Discount but, this is definitely not true. Also, No Bullshit Road to Remote Work Nulled or No Bullshit Road to Remote Work Free is not a thing.

No Bullshit Road To Remote Work Final Verdict

If you have the money, I recommend you to go ahead with this course because it is something I have never seen before. But if you can’t, there are many more affordable and in-depth courses available online that you should purchase instead of this. You can easily fit two or three courses in No Bullshit Road to Remote Work’s price or save some for buying software to help with your work.

No Bullshit Road to Remote Work Alternative

Now I have personally bought a ton of dropshipping courses out there. I even review a lot of them on my blog. Generally, these gurus try to sell you a lifestyle of getting rich and successful that’s why they charge a ridiculous amount for the information they sell.

Their courses typically aren’t even comprehensive at all. They focus all their efforts trying to market their course so, they can make more money from course sales.

I do however think that dropshipping courses are worth it if they are good. They will save you a ton of time and hassle that’s why I highly recommend a solid dropshipping course.

I have been dropshipping for a long time and I have built profitable stores (I currently do affiliate marketing though) and I highly recommend you check out this course called eCom Elites. (I did a review on this, make sure you read it!)

It’s by Franklin Hatchett who has been doing dropshipping WAY before it was famous.

This course definitely has helped me increase my eCommerce income before. However, I don’t do dropshipping anymore because I am focused on affiliate marketing.

Now, this is not another expensive garbage guru course. It’s one of the best & most affordable dropshipping / eCommerce course out there.
