The first red flag to every scam site is always the enticing three-word name like Easy Cash Club or Instant Payday Tricks. The Silk Road Effect is uniquely named but still in the three-word name category. You can get the product via ClickBank, and it’s a system that claims to help people make $1,800 a day! Sounds good. But is Silk Road Effect another scam site? Can it help you make $1,800 a day? We shall explore that in today’s review and help you make a well-informed decision before signing up. I was a victim of one of these scam sites before, and since then, I’ve made it my obligation to debunk as many as I can to prevent more victims. I’m also hoping my efforts will shut down these sites once and for all.
What is the Silk Road Effect?
I was browsing ClickBank for affiliate marketing products when this particular one stood out to me. What got my attention was the promises they were making, like earning $1,800 a day. As an affiliate marketer who’s been in the business for a few years, I can tell you it’s possible to make that money, but you can’t achieve it overnight. You’re telling me that a product that costs $37 can help me make $1,800 a day? If that’s true, surely the product should cost more? Also, for something so good, you can’t find much info. I also couldn’t find the names of the founders or creators. These were already some red flags for me that its an illegitimate site. It is possible that there is not much information because of its not a real site at all. It only looks real from the outside to bait people into signing up without asking many questions since the price is significantly low.
How does Silk Road Effect work?
We all know that it is possible to earn a decent living online through businesses like affiliate marketing. The Silk Road Effect tries to make you think that it is a legitimate affiliate marketing platform on the outside. But once you pay the $37 fee, you don’t get whatever’s promised. You won’t see $1,800 in your account the next day. All you get are bold claims to lure you in. The only explanation they give is that you’ll be making money through Amazon. The Amazon affiliate marketing is legitimate, but you need a running site with decent traffic for them to accept you as an affiliate. I don’t see how you can make money by just signing up for a system that costs $37 unless you get a running site with good traffic. But this is highly unlikely and it definitely won’t only cost $37.
To be an Amazon affiliate partner or almost any affiliate partner, you’ll need a site or blog where you can get high-quality traffic. This site will be your platform to advertise affiliate products. Whenever your traffic or anyone buys a product via your affiliate link, you earn a commission. This is how affiliate marketing works. As you can imagine, the process of establishing a site to gaining decent traffic takes work and time. You definitely can’t make money by just ‘clicking a few buttons’ as Silk Road Effect claims.
Is Silk Road Effect a Scam?
Usually, when you spend money to buy something, you’d expect something in return. That’s not the case for Silk Road Effect, and this is why I think it’s illegitimate. You don’t get what’s promised. For $37, you won’t make $1,800 a day, and you’ll be down on $37 instead. Although this isn’t a significant amount, you’re mostly paying for nothing. The low price is cleverly thought out as it’s not much so that you won’t think twice and also might not try to reclaim it after you’ve paid for it. However, if you buy the product through ClickBank, you can quickly get a refund within 60 days of purchase.
A legitimate affiliate marketing network will provide you with a lot of training and also access to an extensive affiliate network that you can work with. The Silk Road Effect doesn’t have any of that except empty promises. Their promise of making $1,800 is possible but not within a day or even a year. You will need time to build an affiliate marketing business. The beginning of this process also requires quite a lot of work and testing. Signing up to Silk Road Effect will only waste your time and money. You won’t get a single thing from it.
Silk Road Effect Alternative
Now, I have personally tried many businesses online and honestly, a lot of the businesses just suck for a complete beginner. This is because either they are blatant scams or they require a ton of experience and money.
Guys I have literally reviewed over 150+ courses on my blog which claim to make you millions of dollars overnight or just contain poor information for a large fee.
Believe it or not, there are actually good programs out there which have value-packed information, are super affordable and transparent.
If you want an honest long term sustainable online business which can make you earn a full-time income at home without any bosses you can check out Savage Affiliates Program. (This does require work on your part, it’s not a get rich quick scheme. You can read my review on it here!)
