The Digital Gangsta Review (Julie Stoian Course)

If The Digital Gangsta sounds like a good course for you, then you’re not alone. With Julie Stoian behind it, I thought so too. After taking it, I can give you my full review on its contents.

So, let’s find out if it’s the course for you.

What is The Digital Gangsta?

The Digital Gangsta is a digital marketing course by Julie Stoian. It costs $1,997 or 9 $249 installments ($2,241 total).

The course is mainly a video program, but you can also find worksheets and templates on the modules to aid your learning.

Make sure you read the entire review to make an informed decision if The Digital Gangsta by Julie Stoian is right for you or not!

Who is The Digital Gangsta for?

It’s best for newcomers interested in digital marketing as their career. It’s not strictly affiliate marketing, but it works for that model as well as marketing in general.

Of course, it’s also for people who can afford the course price while still having money to invest on their business: advertising, websites, etc.

Who is Julie Stoian, The Founder of The Digital Gangsta?

Julie started blogging, and she quickly gained attention from large outlets like the New York Times. She build her business during a challenging period of her life, and she’s now a successful marketer.

If you’re into online business, you’ve probably heard about Create Your Laptop Life, Julie’s brand. She’s also helped many businesses develop marketing strategies to build successful online ventures.

What is Included in The Digital Gangsta?

Module 1

The first module explains marketing basics like how Facebook audiences work and using funnels. It’s quite a light section, but luckily you get a bit more content near the end. You also learn how to use your pixel.

Module 2

You learn about creating your logo and brand, and it’s a solid module for it.

Module 3

This section is just 1 video and audio recordings, but it’s a nice module since her insight is good. The topic here is how to create programs.

Module 4

Here, you learn how to get leads with giveaways, courses, and webinars. Julie then touches on Facebook again for some neat strategies.

Module 5

Module 5 is all about copywriting. It’s a good section to understand how it works, why you need it, and how to use it.

Module 6

The 6th module covers the preparations for launching your business. It shows you how to set up and get your product ready, content for your pre-launch, sales and landing pages, etc.

This module is purely audio and handouts.

Module 7

This module is just about how to keep your product in shape: handling refunds, customer support, etc.

Module 8

Here, you basically learn how to use ClickFunnels to run your business automatically. If you don’t want it or can’t afford it, you’ll mostly miss the content, though.

Module 9

This is basically a bonus module with assorted platforms like Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest. Is a good intro to social media, and it also touches on SEO.

Bonus course

There’s a mini-course on Facebook strategies like live-streaming and paid ads. You also get an interesting case study of a funnel for Messenger.

The Digital Gangsta Pros & Cons

[pros-cons]

Personal Experience with The Digital Gangsta

I quite enjoyed the course’s content. There’s some great insight here and there, and I actually picked up a couple of things that I hadn’t thought before.

However, I’m not a huge fan of the audio lessons since I get distracted quickly and have to rewind a lot, but this is highly personal.

The Digital Gangsta Scam?

Nope, The Digital Gangsta is not a scam however, there are definitely better courses out there you can get like Savage Affiliates.

Is there a Discount Code?

There is no discount/coupon for Julie Stoian’s The Digital Gangsta course.

There are other sites claiming they either have The Digital Gangsta Coupon or The Digital Gangsta Discount but, this is definitely not true. Also, The Digital Gangsta Nulled or The Digital Gangsta Free is not a thing.

The Digital Gangsta Final Verdict

I can’t say it’s a bad course, just very overpriced. It feels as if you’re paying more for the author than for the content itself, as a lot of what’s taught here is available on the internet for free or less.

Compare it with a course like Savage Affiliates, which offers a lot more depth for about $1,700-1,800 less, and you’ll see why I can’t really recommend it.

The Digital Gangsta Alternative

Now I have personally bought a ton of affiliate marketing courses out there. I even review a lot of them on my blog. Generally, these gurus try to sell you a lifestyle of getting rich and successful that’s why they charge a ridiculous amount for the information they sell.

Their courses typically aren’t even comprehensive at all. They focus all their efforts trying to market their course so, they can make more money from course sales.

I do however think that affiliate marketing courses are worth it if they are good. They will save you a ton of time and hassle that’s why I highly recommend a solid affiliate marketing course.

I have been doing affiliate marketing for a while now, and I have started seeing consistent income coming in after taking Frank’s course. Because before I would make 1 or 2 sales here and there. Not only that, I have actually lost a lot of money on running paid ads for my affiliate offers. This is why a course is so necessary, I would have saved a ton of time and money had I just spent some money on a solid course.

If you want to make consistent long term money which is NOT a get rich quick scheme then I highly recommend you to check out this course called Savage Affiliates. (I did a review on this, make sure you read it!)

It’s by Franklin Hatchett who has been doing affiliate marketing for like 8-9+ years.

Now, this is not another expensive garbage guru course. It’s one of the best & most affordable affiliate marketing course out there.
