Before we talk more about the course, let’s understand what is high ticket dropshipping. In this form of dropshipping, you sell one costly product rather than selling multiple products that amount to the same cost. For example, you sell one $2,000 product instead of 10 $200 products. It is a risky business because it’s difficult to convince people to purchase something so expensive. In the end, you are going to earn the same amount of profit.
These courses don’t account the money you will have to spend to promote the product. For example, if you sell furniture that costs over $10,000, you will spend around $1,000 – $2,000 on add. Let’s not forget the sales tax, web hosting cost, and outsourcing costs that you have to pay. Also, if the customer doesn’t like the product and returns it, you will have to pay for return shipping. Most of the times, the product supplier isn’t going to cover this expense.

Earnest Epps is a successful eCommerce and business consultant who runs his own blog. He is the most famous for his tagline — knowledge is the new currency. Given the expertise and knowledge he has, I have big expectations from the course. I love how he doesn’t flaunt his wealth and expensive cars on YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram and stays true to his words.
He has been offering online coaching for a while now but launched High Ticket eCom Secrets only recently. He hosts monthly live events on eCommerce marketing online, which are free to attend.
What is Included in High Ticket eCom Secrets?
The course is divided into eight modules and one bonus section. Let’s take a look at them:
Module 1 – Successful Selection
A short module with only five documents, Successful Selection introduces you to the basics of product selection, picking a target market, pricing, interest targeting, and choosing your first product. Even though the documents are short, the content is resourceful, and there’s a lot to learn.
Module 2 – Defining the Market
Earnest Epps has intelligently used his eCommerce marketing knowledge to make this module sound like a masterclass, but it is nothing but average. He manages to cover a variety of topics under his section including market research, brand loyalty, search volume in different niches, determining the competition in a niche, market research checklist, and secret strategies to get a competitive edge over other high ticket dropshippers.
Module 3 – Business Formation
Establishing a business takes a lot of patience, perseverance, and capital. Epps manages to go in detail about the whole business formation process. However, these PDF documents are relevant only to Americans because they are written in the context of the American market.
If you are an international sole trader, it will be difficult for you to create a successful business in the US because you will be asked for your reseller ID or social security number, which you obviously won’t have.
Topics covered under this section include business registration, resellers certificate, DBA registration, website domain name selection, business phone number and email, and a checklist for business formation action plan.
Module 4 – Website Creation
Comprised of 11 PDF documents, Module 4 goes into detail about Shopify, installing themes, home page construction, website structure, collection pages, apps to use to automate your business, and action plan for getting the website ready in time. Other topics covered in this module include creating and logos, layouts, and changing color schemes.
It is a pretty boring section with technical knowledge. Personally, I feel there is nothing special in this module because all this information is available on Shopify’s official website and YouTube for free.
Module 5 – Supplier Approval
If you are from outside of the US, this module won’t make any sense to you. It is a small section comprising of only five PDF documents on finding the right suppliers and getting approval from them. You will give you learn about the different types of suppliers, supplier research, phone and email script for convincing suppliers, Earnest’s secret strategy to get supplier approval, and a checklist for the process.
Module 6 – Optimize for Conversion
Module 6 is fairly simple with standard videos that all courses provide nowadays. Some topics covered under this section include adding urgency timers, social proofing, upsells, offering a bonus to your customers, social media signals, and using Lucky Orange to track visitors.
If you don’t like the course and want a refund, you need to follow the exact steps mentioned in every module of the course. I have talked about it more under my personal experience section.
Module 7 – Unlimited Traffic
I have to be true, but there’s nothing like unlimited traffic, so don’t fall prey to these attractive words. It is all about how much money you can afford to spend on bringing traffic to your store and the type of products you sell. Even though the PDF documents, in the beginning, sound promising, as you dig deeper, they are nothing but basic. Things that you will get to learn to include Google Adwords, Google Shopping, banner ads, and influencer branding.
After looking at the content, I can tell that the course is designed for beginners because if you have an established dropshipping store, you will already know all this stuff. Since High Ticket eCom Secrets is an expensive course, you expect a lot of more information and secret tips from Epps.
Module 8 – Automation
Module 8 was the most disappointing section of all. If you want to start a new business, you have to automate the earlier one using automation tools. Epps should have gone deeper and explained how different apps you need and how they work.
Bonuses
Bonuses are divided into two — original and weekly live masterclass. The two original bonuses include combating fraud and updating your store. The masterclass is a new thing, and the topics featured are quite informative.
More traffic-related bonuses come along with the course, which includes:

Personal Experience With High Ticket eCom Secrets
If you ignore the price, I can say that it is a good course but when I bring the price back into the picture, my view changes completely. High Ticket eCom Secrets is a $997 course but doesn’t provide sufficient content.
Let’s talk about its refund policy, which I think is a neat marketing trick. If you don’t like the course, you still have to go through the content and set up a Shopify store exactly as Epps tells you. Then, you have to list 100 products on it. If you still can’t make any sales, you will get the entire amount as refund. However, this is where it gets tricky. You have to do all this in 30 days, and if you don’t follow even one step, you need to bid adieu to your money forever.
Rather than focusing on the content of the course, Epps continues to focus on attracting people using fancy words. It is a waste of time because they have already bought the course, so it is obvious they are here for information. When I read the module titles, I got excited, but on reading the documents, I was nothing but disappointed.
Many things were missing from the program, including email marketing, Facebook marketing, Instagram influencer strategy, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Twitter. All these are preferred marketing channels for their ease to use and instant reach.

Nope, High Ticket eCom Secrets is not a scam however, there are definitely better courses out there you can get like eCom Elites.

There are other sites claiming they either have High Ticket eCom Secrets Coupon or High Ticket eCom Secrets Discount but, this is definitely not true. Also, High Ticket eCom Secrets Nulled or High Ticket eCom Secrets Free is not a thing.
High Ticket Ecom Secrets Final Verdict
As I mentioned earlier, high ticket dropshipping is risky and recommend everyone against it. Even though this course is about the same topic, it doesn’t go deep and lacks the truth. If you are still interested in it, go for a more resourceful and insightful course with more than 100 to 125 videos because there’s a lot you need to learn about it before opening a store. These courses should cost you no more than $200.
High Ticket eCom Secrets Alternative
Now I have personally bought a ton of dropshipping courses out there. I even review a lot of them on my blog. Generally, these gurus try to sell you a lifestyle of getting rich and successful that’s why they charge a ridiculous amount for the information they sell.
Their courses typically aren’t even comprehensive at all. They focus all their efforts trying to market their course so, they can make more money from course sales.
I do however think that dropshipping courses are worth it if they are good. They will save you a ton of time and hassle that’s why I highly recommend a solid dropshipping course.
